Functional Assessor (WCA)
Location: Lisburn
Hours: 37.5hrs per week (9AM-5PM, flexible start time)
Salary: Full time Basic starting salary of £39,500 increasing to £40,500 on achieving approval with 10% Monthly performance bonus, OTE £44,550

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct paper-based, face-to-face, video, or telephone assessments – 90 mins per case (including time for report writing).
- Write clear, evidence-based reports (400-500 words), 5 per day + optional overtime.
- Provide detailed justifications to support NIDFC decisions.

Essential Criteria:
- One year’s post-registration experience as a Nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN), Occupational therapist, Physiotherapist or Paramedic.
- Fully registered with NMC or HCPC
- Based in Northern Ireland
