Roles and responsibilities include:

• Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate all unique care delivered to this home’s residents.
• Administer medication as prescribed, with proper monitoring procedures being followed.
• To liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other multi-disciplinary team members to promote quality care.

What we’re looking for

• NMC registered Nurse
• Nursing home experience
