Join a Growing Construction & Property Services Contractor

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established construction and property services contractor who is expanding its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Joiner / Roofer to secure a long-term position with a busy company delivering a wide range of residential and commercial property repair projects across Northern Ireland.

The role primarily involves carrying out insurance reinstatement works, restoring properties following fire, flood, storm and accidental damage. No two days are the same, offering a varied workload across joinery, roofing and general building maintenance.

A company vehicle or fuel allowance is provided, along with all tools, PPE and uniform.

The Role

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance works, including:

• 1st and 2nd fix joinery
• Roofing repairs and general roof maintenance
• Kitchen installations and repairs
• Flooring, skirting, architraves and ironmongery
• Property refurbishment and maintenance works
• Insurance reinstatement repairs
• Assessing repair requirements and identifying additional works
• Maintaining excellent health & safety standards
• Providing a professional service within occupied and unoccupied properties
• Liaising with Project Managers to ensure projects run smoothly

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Time-served Joinery apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
• Experience in both 1st and 2nd fix joinery
• Roofing repair and maintenance experience
• Background in refurbishment, repairs or property maintenance
• Valid CSR Card
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail

Desirable Skills

Experience in any of the following would be advantageous:

• Insurance reinstatement works
• Basic plaster patching
• Wall and floor tiling
• Basic plumbing repairs
• General multi-trade maintenance
