I'm recruiting for an exciting Sister / Charge Nurse opportunity within a lovely nursing home in Bangor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys supporting colleagues, taking clinical responsibility and ensuring residents receive the very best standard of care.
THE ROLE:
- Leading and supporting a team of nursing and care staff.
- Overseeing the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
- Developing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments.
- Managing medication and ensuring safe clinical practices.
- Maintaining accurate resident records and documentation.
- Providing clinical guidance, mentoring and support to colleagues.
- Taking responsibility for clinical decisions and ensuring the smooth running of your shift.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN.
- Minimum of two years' post-registration experience.
- Previous experience within elderly care would be beneficial.
- Senior nursing or team leadership experience desirable.
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
- Someone confident supporting, developing and leading a team.
