An established and highly respected architectural practice is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join its growing Belfast team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across healthcare, education, commercial and residential projects while playing a key role in project delivery from design through to completion.
The Role
- Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit
- Attend site meetings and project visits across Northern Ireland
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and consultants
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations and industry standards
- Resolve technical issues throughout project delivery
- Mentor junior technicians and support BIM development
The Person
- Degree or HND in Architectural Technology or similar
- Strong Revit experience
- Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge
- Experience delivering projects through construction stages
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
