Salary: £26,000-£30,000 DOE

Location: Newry

Employment Type: Full Time (12months contract with the possibility of extension.)

Hours: Monday- Friday (Early finish Friday)

The Role:
We are recruiting for a leading, award-winning manufacturing company in Newry, looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join their busy team. You will be supporting the external sales team to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries and process sales orders accurately
  • Maintain and update despatch schedules and prepare paperwork for dispatch
  • Liaise across departments to resolve queries and ensure smooth communication
  • Coordinate transportation and deliveries, including sourcing quotes

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Sales Support, Scheduling, or Helpdesk administrative role, ideally in engineering, manufacturing, or a technical environment
  • Strong MS Office skills and experience with sales order processing systems
