- Provide high-quality, person-centred support to residents.
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
- Support individuals in achieving personal goals and independence.
- Facilitate social and community engagement activities.
- Administer medication in accordance with training and policies.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Promote a safe and respectful living environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals.
What we’re looking for
- level 3 health and social care
- Experience in children’s Residential Care.
