Location: Dromore
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 per year
Are you a Residential Support Worker? Ready to join a small, 2-bedded children’s home based in Dromore?

Shift pattern:
· 3 x 12-hour shifts per week
or
· 1 x 24-hour shift + 1 x 12-hour shift (sleep-in included and paid)
The role:
You’ll be working directly with young people, supporting their emotional, social and day-to-day needs. The focus is on creating a safe, stable and positive home environment where young people feel supported and encouraged to thrive.
The requirements:
· Level 3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
· Experience in children’s residential care
· A calm, caring and professional approach
· Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with young people
