The Role:
This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to support patients within an Intermediate Care Centre. You will play a key role in facilitating recovery, promoting independence, and delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to individuals transitioning from hospital to home.
The Requirements:
· Active NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
· Experience in a clinical, rehab, or community/step-down setting desirable
· Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach
