The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high quality, person centred nursing care across a flexible shift pattern. This includes administering medication, monitoring resident wellbeing, updating care plans, and ensuring full compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. You will also work closely with the care team to maintain a calm, safe, and professional environment at all times.
The Requirements:
· Active NMC registration
· Minimum 1 year post qualification experience preferred
· Strong commitment to resident focused care
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to work independently and adapt to changing shift patterns
