The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering high quality, person centred nursing care within an intermediate care setting. This includes administering medication, monitoring patient wellbeing, updating care plans, supporting rehabilitation and recovery, and ensuring full compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. You will also work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to maintain a safe, calm, and professional environment at all times.
The Requirements:
· Active NMC registration
· Minimum 1 year post qualification experience preferred
