The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be leading on shift and delivering high-quality, person-centred care to older adults, including dementia and complex needs.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading shifts and supporting the care team
• Medication management and clinical oversight
• Developing and reviewing care plans
• Ensuring residents receive safe, dignified, consistent care
• Working closely with families and external professionals
• Supporting a calm, well-organised care environment

What We’re Looking For

• NMC Registered Nurse (Adult)
• Experience in elderly care or nursing home settings preferred
