The role:
Lead your team to deliver excellent person-centred care
Oversee care planning and medication management
Support compliance with regulatory and professional standards
Mentor colleagues and help maintain high-quality care across the home
You’re someone who:
Is an NMC Registered Nurse
Communicates clearly and works confidently under pressure
Enjoys leading a team and motivating others
Ideally has elderly care experience, but it’s not essential
