The role:
Deliver high-quality care to residents, maintaining dignity and respect
Support and supervise colleagues in line with home policies
Contribute to a positive, safe, and welcoming environment
Work hands-on with residents in a variety of care settings
About you:
NMC Registered (1+ year required)
Minimum 1 year post-qualification practice
Friendly, confident, and professional
Passionate about making a real difference in residents’ lives
Schedule:
12-hour shifts, full time
