The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

As a Registered Nurse (Nights), you will play a vital role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans
• Safe and accurate medication administration and management
• Ongoing clinical assessment and monitoring of residents’ needs
• Maintaining clear and accurate documentation and care records
• Supporting residents with dementia-related needs, promoting dignity and independence
• Leading and supporting care staff on shift, ensuring a calm and well-run environment
• Providing reassurance and comfort to residents and families when needed

What We’re Looking For

• A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin
• Previous experience within a nursing home or dementia care setting
• A genuine passion for elderly care and dementia support
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A calm, caring, and professional approach, especially during night shifts

The Package

• £21.00 per hour
• 48 hours per week (full-time nights)
