Are you an experienced Home Manager, Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or Clinical Lead ready to take the next step in your career?
We're recruiting for a Home Manager to lead a large residential care service in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation during an exciting period of growth and development!
The Role
Overall responsibility for the running of the home
Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team
Ensure high standards of care, governance and regulatory compliance
Build strong relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders
Manage budgets and resources effectively
Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Work closely with senior leadership to achieve operational and business objectives
What We're Looking For
Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, Social Work, or active NMC registration
Strong leadership experience within elderly care services
Sound knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements
Ability to manage teams, performance and service delivery effectively
Experience within a residential, nursing or care home environment
Budget management experience desirable
