Role: Service Manager
Location: Co. Down
Hours: Full Time (39.5 hours per week)
Pay: £43,000 – £49,000

The Role:
This is a leadership role within a residential care setting, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high standards of care are maintained, and supporting staff to deliver safe and person-centred support. The successful candidate will play a key role in service management, compliance, and ongoing development of the home.
The Requirements:
· Relevant professional qualification (Nursing / Social Work / Allied Health / Level 5 Leadership equivalent)
· Previous management or supervisory experience within health and social care
· Strong understanding of care standards, compliance and regulatory frameworks
