An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Regional Manager to oversee multi-site nursing and residential care services across Northern Ireland. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and overall service performance across several care facilities.

This position is based primarily within a care home setting in Belfast, with regular travel required across the region depending on operational needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Nursing Home Management or Regional Management
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Strong leadership and multi-site management experience
