Job Title: Project Manager (Building Services)

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000

Location: Newtownabbey (Projects across NI, ROI & UK)

The job in a nutshell:

Essentially, your job will be to take ownership of mechanical building services projects from contract award through to successful handover. You'll coordinate programmes, site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Don't worry—you'll have the support of experienced commercial, operational and technical teams throughout.

Should you apply?

We think Project Managers with experience in Mechanical Building Services, HVAC, Ventilation or M&E contracting should apply. If you've successfully managed construction projects, understand commissioning, programme management and commercial control, and enjoy working closely with clients and site teams, you'll have a strong chance of success.
