Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse
Salary: £35,000 – 40,000 + (depending on experience)
Employment: Full-time, Monday – Friday (9-5)

Roles and responsibilities include:
- Conduct statutory and company-required health surveillance programmes.
- Collect and process biological samples for Drug and Alcohol policy.
- Conduct training for first aid and general health education.
- Development and introduction of employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Take part in return-to-work clinical assessments and advise on reasonable adjustments.
- Provide professional occupational health advice to support policy development and employee wellness.
What we’re looking for
- Occupational health Nursing qualification (SCPHN OH or postgraduate OH diploma/degree) preferred.
- Active NMC registration.
- Experience or willingness to train in First Aid instruction.
- Competence in sample collection for drug and alcohol testing.
- Computer literacy.
