Hours: 36. Hour contract (Day and Night Shifts)

This Medium – sized home provides Dementia care and General Nursing duties for its lovely residents.
This is an excellent opportunity for any Nurse, looking to join a team that cares for its Nurses as much as they care for their residents!

Roles and responsibilities include:
- Plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate all unique care delivered to this home’s residents.
- Administer medication as prescribed, with proper monitoring procedures being followed.
- To liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other multi-disciplinary team members to promote quality care.
- Mentor and lead by example – being Nurse in-charge.
What we’re looking for
- 1+ years of Nursing experience
- Nursing home experience
- NMC registered Nurse
