What you do:
- Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to the residents, home wide.
- Ensure records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Manage a multi-disciplinary team.
- Follow company standards, RQIA guidelines and legal/statutory requirements
- Manage and maintain the Home’s budget.
What you need to be:
- UK NMC registered with 5 years’ experience working as a Registered Nurse in the UK
- Experience working in a Nursing Home setting
