A well-established and highly regarded care provider in Belfast is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the clinical and operational delivery of high-quality residential nursing care.

The Role

As Nurse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of care, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence. You’ll work closely with senior management to support service delivery while mentoring and developing a motivated team.

To be considered, you will have:

• Current NMC registration (Registered Nurse).
• Significant experience within a nursing home or healthcare setting.
• Previous management or senior leadership experience.
