Salary: Negotiable – £45,000 – £50,000
Employment: 37.5-hour contract

Roles and responsibilities include:
- Support the overall management and smooth operation of the Care Home.
- Ensure compliance with NMC standards, RQIA regulations, health & safety and other requirements.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals.
- Provide clinical leadership, including medication administration, resident assessments, care planning, and nursing support.
- Monitor and audit care standards, risk assessments, documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Manage staffing, supervision, performance management, training and rotas.
- Maintain accurate records, investigate incidents and complaints, and support inspections and quality improvement initiatives.
- Promote residents’ wellbeing, dignity, safety, and quality of life always.
What we’re looking for
- Experience within Nursing homes
- Proven management experience
- Understanding of RQIA standards and regulatory requirements.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
