Mechanical Contracts Manager

£60,000 – £75,000 DOE + Package
A leading M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial and industrial mechanical projects. This is a hands-on management role with responsibility for contract delivery, client relationships, commercial performance and site operations.
The Role
- Manage multiple mechanical contracts from start to completion
- Oversee site teams, subcontractors and programme delivery
- Monitor project costs, variations and payment applications
- Ensure all works are delivered safely and to a high standard
- Provide technical support to clients and project teams
- Maintain strong client relationships and customer satisfaction
The Person
- Background as a Mechanical Engineer, Plumber or Heating Engineer
- Experience managing commercial and industrial mechanical projects
- Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills
- Knowledge of ventilation, AC and building services systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
