The Role:
A flexible, permanent part-time opportunity to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. You will manage routine compliance logs for compulsory checks, tackle minor property repairs, handle waste management compliance, and ensure our outdoor entrance areas are beautifully presented. This role is ideal for a proactive, handy individual who takes pride in a job well done and thrives in an autonomous, community-focused setting.
Positive Signs on your CV:
- Solid background in property maintenance, general caretaking, landscaping, or grounds upkeep.
- Familiarity with routine safety checks, basic building repairs, painting, and running light operational errands.
- A valid driving licence, current MOT, and motor insurance covering Class 1 business use.
- Great administrative habits for keeping accurate, up-to-date mandatory records and logs.
- Ability to work flexibly and handle physical tasks, including working at heights and managing winter grounds care.
