Hours: 36 hours per week (Flexible to meet the needs of a 24/7 service, including evening and weekend work)
Pay: £14.00 per hour

The Role:
An active and rewarding opportunity to take ownership of the safety, security, and general appearance of our residential facility. You will perform routine building maintenance, execute essential statutory safety checks (such as fire alarms and emergency lighting), and manage seasonal gardening tasks to keep the grounds immaculate. This role is perfect for a practical, self-motivated individual who enjoys high variety and works comfortably across both indoor repairs and outdoor landscaping.
Positive Signs on your CV:
- Proven experience in building maintenance, caretaking, handy-person work, or professional gardening.
- Practical knowledge of minor plumbing, painting, decorating, and basic fixture repairs.
- A valid driving licence, current MOT, and motor insurance covering Class 1 business use.
- Strong risk-assessment habits and a pleasant, respectful manner when interacting with residents and the public.
- Comfort handling moderate physical tasks and working at heights (such as clearing gutters or changing high light tubes).
