Maintenance Engineer

Role: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Ballymena

Hours: Weekly rotating shifts | Early Shift 04.00–12.30 / Late Shift 12.00–20.30
Pay: £41,500 – £47,500 depending on experience

A business that food manufactures and meat processes is now looking a Maintenance Engineer.

The Role:

You would fix broken machines and carry out regular checks to keep them running. Find and repair faults and help install new equipment. Keep machines running smoothly, reduce breakdowns and follow safety standards.

The Requirements:

• Qualifications – NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, ONC or apprenticeship in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience – 2–3 years for Single Skilled Engineers or 5+ years for Dual Skilled Engineers.
• Technical Skills – Able to fix machinery, diagnose faults and carry out maintenance in a busy factory.
