Role: HR Officer

Location: Carrickfergus

Hours: 38 hrs, 8am – 4.30pm Monday – Thursday, 8am – 2pm Friday

Pay: £30,000-£35,000

Our client is a global manufacturer who specialise is supplying components to the automotive industry.

The Role:

The role involves high volume of employee relations activity, including recruitment, absence investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, and absence management.

The Requirements:

• 3rd level qualification or CIPD with 2 years’ experience in an HR role covering the above.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
