Role: HR Manager

Location: Armagh

Hours: 39 hours, Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30pm, Friday 9am – 4.30pm.

Pay: £40,000 – £45,000

The Role:

This is a HR Manager position (Stand Alone). You will be leading and managing the day-to-day HR function, overseeing recruitment, employee relations, payroll preparation, performance management and HR policies. Provide advice and support to managers and employees, ensure compliance with employment legislation and help maintain a positive, well-organised working environment.

The Requirements:

• Experience in a standalone HR role
• CIPD level 5 or equivalent
• Experience providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees in line with policies, procedures and employment legislation
