£52,000 – £54,000 + £6,000 OTE bonus
40 hours per week (predominantly Mon–Fri)
We’re recruiting for an experienced Home Manager/Nurse Manager to lead a well established 50 bedded nursing home in Ballynahinch.
The service provides general nursing, dementia nursing and dementia residential care, and has a strong, long-standing team in place.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and smooth operational management.
The role includes:
Overall management of the nursing home and resources
Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team
Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and NMC standards
Managing staffing, budgets and operational performance
Driving quality of care and continuous improvement
What we’re looking for:
Registered Nurse with active NMC pin
Significant post-qualification experience (including care home management/leadership)
Strong understanding of regulatory and clinical standards
Confident leader with good people management skills
Able to balance clinical quality with operational demands
What’s on offer:
£52,000 – £54,000 salary
£6,000 OTE bonus
