Are you an experienced NMC Registered Home Manager? Ready to take full leadership of a care home in the Bangor area? This is a key senior role where you’ll be responsible for the overall running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, strong team performance, and solid operational results.

You’ll be leading a dedicated team, creating a positive and supportive culture, and making sure residents receive safe, person centred care every day. You’ll also play a big part in driving occupancy, maintaining compliance, and building strong relationships with families, staff, and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Overall day to day leadership and management of the home
• Ensuring high quality, compliant, person centred care
• Leading, supporting, and developing staff teams
• Managing occupancy, performance, and financial targets
• Maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and regulators
• Ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and safeguarding standards

What we’re looking for:

• NMC Registered Nurse (essential)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience at Deputy Manager level or above
• Strong leadership and people management skills
