The Role

• Salary up to £60,000
• Full-time position
• Lead and support the nursing and care team
• Oversee clinical standards and resident care
• Drive continuous improvement across the home
• Work closely with residents, families and healthcare professionals

About You

• NMC Registered Nurse
• Previous Nurse Manager / Clinical Management experience
• Strong leadership and clinical skills
• Passionate about delivering excellent resident care
