Location: Newry
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Benefits
A well established and highly regarded nursing home provider is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead one of its services in the Bessbrook area.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse-qualified manager with a strong background in elderly care and a passion for delivering high standards of care, leading teams, and driving positive outcomes for residents.

The Role
- Overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead, support and develop clinical and non-clinical teams
- Ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance
- Build positive relationships with residents, families and external stakeholders
- Manage budgets, occupancy and operational performance
Essential Requirements
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years post-registration experience
- Previous experience managing or deputising within a nursing or residential care setting
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Full driving licence and access to a car
Desirable
- NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent management qualification)
- Relevant training qualifications within the care sector
