I'm delighted to be recruiting for a Nurse Manager on behalf of a well established Learning Disability service in North Belfast.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to take the reins of a 40-bed service, working alongside a supportive team and provider committed to delivering high-quality care.

Whether you're an established Nurse Manager or an experienced Deputy ready for your next step, I'd love to have a chat.

What we're looking for:

• Active NMC registration
• Minimum of 5 years' nursing experience
• At least 2 years' experience in a management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
