A Large Residential Facility are on the hunt for a new Healthcare Assistant (HCA)!
Perfect role for a Healthcare Assistant or aspiring Nurse wanting to join a lovely home and a dedicate team!

Roles and responsibilities include:
- Provide support with residents’ personal care needs and everyday living tasks.
- Assist residents during mealtimes and encourage participation in daily routines and activities.
- Uphold residents’ dignity, independence and personal choices while promoting their overall wellbeing.
- Develop trusting and respectful relationships with residents, their families and colleagues.
- Help maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for all residents.
- Work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
What we’re looking for
- A current NISCC registration (or able to obtain within 6 months).
- A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- An interest in elderly residential care.
