The Role
We're recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join a growing manufacturing business based near Craigavon.
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for building machinery from engineering drawings, carrying out installations, commissioning equipment and providing maintenance and after-sales support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both workshop and site-based engineering work.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and fit machinery from engineering drawings and build specifications.
- Prepare, inspect and test machinery prior to dispatch.
- Carry out on-site installation, commissioning and operator training.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and complete servicing and maintenance at customer sites.
- Complete accurate service reports and job documentation.
- Provide technical support to customers and the engineering team.
- Maintain company tools, equipment and service vehicle.
- Work to lean manufacturing, quality and Health & Safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- Multiskilled qualified engineer.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience working on Manufacturing machinery.
- Full UK driving licence.
