We’re working with a care provider who is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop their domiciliary care service across Northern Ireland.

The Role:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of a domiciliary care service.
- Ensure the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred care.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations, standards and quality requirements.
- Lead, support and develop staff, promoting a positive team culture.
- Manage care planning, audits, safeguarding and service improvement.
- Build positive relationships with service users, families and key stakeholders.
About You:
- Previous management experience within domiciliary care is essential.
- Strong knowledge of care standards, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for improving outcomes and quality of life for service users.
- The ability to lead a team while maintaining high standards of care.
