Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care
Location: Belfast/Newry

Hours: 40 per week

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000+

We're working with a provider who is launching a brand new domiciliary care service across Northern Ireland and they are looking for a strong, hands on Registered Manager to lead it from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a growing service, shape its future, and lead a dedicated team delivering high quality, person centred care.

You will:

• Lead and manage the new service day-to-day
• Ensure compliance with RQIA standards
• Recruit, train, and develop your team
• Oversee care planning, risk management, and quality assurance
• Build strong relationships with service users, families, and Trusts

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
• NISCC registration
• Proven experience managing domiciliary care services
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for delivering person-centred care
