The job in a nutshell:

Essentially, your job will be to lead the commercial function across multiple Mechanical & Electrical projects, ensuring they're delivered profitably while managing commercial risk and contractual compliance. You'll mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors, negotiate with clients and subcontractors, oversee valuations and final accounts, and provide strategic commercial leadership to the business. You'll be hands-on when needed, but supported by an experienced operational and commercial team.

If you've progressed from a Quantity Surveying background, have strong NEC and JCT contract knowledge, experience leading commercial teams, and enjoy influencing both project delivery and business performance, you'll have an excellent chance of success.
